研究目的：

使用OCT的SSADA算法对不同类型及不同分期的原发性开角型青光眼的眼底血流灌注进行研究，以探索青光眼诊断和病情进展评估的新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the fudus perfusion of POAG using OCT angiography, to provide a new method to diagnose POAG and evaluate its progression

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

眼部其他疾病：白内障、角膜白斑、玻璃体积血等屈光间质混浊影响眼底观察的疾病；视网膜静脉阻塞、糖尿病视网膜病变、缺血性视网膜病变等视网膜血管性疾病；继发性青光眼；葡萄膜炎。全身疾病：高血压、糖尿病等影响血管的疾病。不能配合检查。

Exclusion criteria：

cases with other ocular disease, such as cataract,corneal opacity, uveitis and retinal disease; cases with other systemic disease,such as hypertension, diabetes; cases can not understand the research and refuse to attend the research.
