研究目的：

主要目的：通过rTMS-EEG的刺激响应特征，探索各脑区的功能、关联脑区间相互作用的因果关系，揭示rTMS对PSCI患者大脑皮层兴奋性及脑功能的影响，制定改善PSCI患者认知功能方案，进行长、短期临床疗效观察，研发专利设备和技术，为PSCI患者提供一种简、便、验、廉的康复途径，推动rTMS-EEG的普及实施，节约医疗资源，减轻PSCI患者的家庭和社会负担。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Through the stimulus response characteristics of rTMS-EEG, to explore the function of each brain region and the causal relationship of the interaction between related brain regions, to reveal the effect of rTMS on the excitability of cerebral cortex and brain function in patients with PSCI, and to formulate and improve the cognitive function of patients with PSCI. The plan is to conduct long-term and short-term clinical efficacy observation, develop patented equipment and technologies, provide a simple, convenient, proven and inexpensive way of rehabilitation for PSCI patients, promote the popularization and implementation of rTMS-EEG, save medical resources, and relieve the families of PSCI patients. and social burden.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.多次发病；
2.有经颅手术史；
3.体内有金属异物或植入体内电子装置，属于rTMS 治疗禁忌症的患者；
4.既往有脑外伤、脑出血、癫痫、认知障碍和精神疾病病史等；
5.严重的脑白质变性Fazekas量表评分＞1分；
6.其他原因（如药物滥用、大量酗酒等）所导致的认知缺陷；
7.合并严重的肝、肾、心脏疾病或其他严重的躯体疾病；
8.存在严重的听力、视力、语言障碍等各种原因不能配合临床检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multiple episodes;
2. There is a history of transcranial surgery;
3. Patients with metal foreign bodies or implanted electronic devices in the body, which are contraindications to rTMS treatment;
4. History of traumatic brain injury, cerebral hemorrhage, epilepsy, cognitive impairment and mental illness in the past;
5. Severe white matter degeneration Fazekas scale score> 1;
6. Cognitive deficits caused by other reasons (such as drug abuse, heavy drinking, etc.);
7. Combined with severe liver, kidney, heart disease or other serious physical diseases;
8. Patients with severe hearing, vision, language impairment and other reasons who cannot cooperate with clinical examination.
