主要目的：比较瑞马唑仑与咪达唑仑在接受机械通气的AECOPD患者的镇静治疗的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Compare the red horse azole shimron and midazolam in AECOPD patients with mechanical ventilation sedation efficacy and safety of treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在严重慢性肝脏疾病（Child-Pugh B级或C级）；
2.存在慢性肾功能衰竭患者；
3.存在神经系统疾病患者；
4.存在药物依赖、酒精依赖、精神系统疾病和认知障碍的患者；
5.孕妇；
6.对瑞马唑仑过敏的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of severe chronic liver disease (Child-Pugh Class B or c) ;
2.Presence of chronic kidney failure;
3.Presence of neurological disorder;
4.Patients with drug dependence, alcohol dependence, mental illness, and cognitive impairment;
5.Pregnant women;
6.Patients with an allergy to Remazolam.
