研究目的：

主要目的：评估经尿道逼尿肌切开下膀胱自体扩大术联合透明质酸膀胱灌注与单独经尿道膀胱自体扩大术治疗氯胺酮性膀胱炎的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To illustrate safety and efficacy of Bladder autoaugmentation by transurethral vesicomyotomy plus Intravesical Instillation of Hyaluronic Acid and compared it with autoaugmentation alone for treating ketamine cystitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.膀胱肿瘤；
2.不能耐受截石位；
3.存在严重的心肺功能不全无法耐受手术；
4.依从性差拒绝周期性随访和签署治疗同意书以及研究知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Bladder tumor;
2. Can not tolerate lithotomy position;
3. There is severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency and cannot tolerate surgery;
4. Poor compliance refuses periodic follow-up and signs treatment consent and research informed consent.
