明确人工耳蜗植入相对禁忌症及人工听觉脑干植入相对适应症患者的人工听觉重建疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Clarify the audiological reconstruction outcomes in the candidates within the relative contraindications of cochlear implantation and the relative indications of auditory brainstem implantation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 不具备术后语训条件；
2. 不能配合术后定期随访的患儿及家属；
3. 脑白质发育不良、癫痫等严重中枢神经系统疾患；
4. 因基础疾病不适合行全身麻醉。

Exclusion criteria：

1. No conditions for postoperative auditory and language training;
2. Cannot be regular followed up after surgery;
3. Having serious central nervous system diseases such as white matter dysplasia and epilepsy;
4. With basic diseases that cannot tolerate general anesthesia.
