研究目的：

本研究旨在研究肌电生物反馈技术对脑卒中恢复期患者的重度伸腕功能障碍的临床有效性和安全性，并初步探索其对锥体束上下纵行的性质和功能信息的影响，以期为中枢神经可塑性的理论支持提供一定依据。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of electromyographic biofeedback in patients with severe wrist extension dysfunction during stroke recovery, and to explore its effect on the properties and functional information of the upper and lower longitudinal pyramidal tract, in order to provide a theoretical basis for central nervous plasticity.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
2.严重心肺等器官疾病者；
3.入组前3个月参加过或正在参加其他临床试验者；
4.有心脏起搏器、除颤器、心脏支架、宫内节育器等内置入物者；
5.其他情况研究者认为不适合参见本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating patients;
2. Those with severe heart and lung diseases;
3. Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials 3 months before enrollment;
4. Those with built-in implants such as cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, cardiac stents, and intrauterine devices;
5. In other cases, the researcher considers it inappropriate to refer to this study.
