主要目的： 1.查明脑胶质瘤微环境中 Tfh-like 细胞的分布以及分子表达特征； 2.明确 Tfh-like 细胞的作用（是否会通过增强抗肿瘤免疫应答来抑制脑胶质瘤 的生长）； 3.明确脑胶质瘤浸润 Tfh-like 细胞发挥抗肿瘤免疫应答的分子和细胞机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. Identify the distribution and molecular expression characteristics of Tfh-like cells in the microenvironment of glioma; 2. Clarify the role of Tfh-like cells (whether it will inhibit the growth of glioma by enhancing the anti-tumor immune response); 3. Clarify the molecular and cellular mechanisms of glioma infiltrating Tfh-like cells to exert anti-tumor immune response.
