研究目的：

如何安全有效的进行PPV手术治疗以提高手术疗效，是本课题研究目的之一；进一步研究PDR、NPDR玻璃体及外周血细胞因子的变化规律，实现DR的早发现、预防和早治疗，是本课题研究目的之二。  

Objectives of Study：

How to safely and effectively carry out PPV surgical treatment to improve the surgical efficacy is one of the purposes of this study. The second purpose of this study is to further study the changes of PDR and NPDR vitreous and peripheral blood cytokines so as to realize the early detection, prevention and treatment of DR.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.与糖尿病神经病变无关的神经系统疾病；
2.与糖尿病性肾脏病变无关的肾脏疾病；
3.透析或肾移植；
4.明显的大血管并发症，如中风、心绞痛、心肌梗死；
5.合并其他的炎性疾病，如乙肝；
6.失明。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nervous system diseases not related to diabetic neuropathy;
2. Kidney disease unrelated to diabetic nephropathy;
3. Dialysis or kidney transplantation;
4. Obvious macrovascular complications, such as stroke, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction;
5. Combined with other inflammatory diseases, such as hepatitis B;
6. Blindness.
