研究目的：

1.通过体外细胞培养和异种移植肿瘤模型，确认MED12甲基化状态能否预测常用化疗药物对乳腺癌敏感性； 2.探讨甲基化MED12调控化疗敏感性的机制； 3.临床标本检测MED12甲基化与化疗耐药的临床相关性。本项目旨在确定甲基化依赖的化疗耐药机制，并探索治疗性干预的新靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Confirm whether MED12 methylation status can predict breast cancer sensitivity to commonly used chemotherapeutic drugs through in vitro cell culture and xenograft tumor models; 2. To explore the mechanism of methylated MED12 regulating chemosensitivity; 3. To detect the clinical correlation between MED12 methylation and chemotherapy resistance in clinical specimens. This project aims to identify methylation-dependent chemoresistance mechanisms and explore new targets for therapeutic intervention.
