研究目的：

1.确定注入式角膜内皮移植手术的学习曲线； 2.研究注入式角膜内皮移植手术术中及术后的内皮细胞丢失率； 3.比较注入式角膜内皮移植手术与拖拉式角膜内皮移植手术的术后效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To determine the learning curve of injective corneal endothelial transplantation; 2.Objective to study the rate of endothelial cell loss during and after injective corneal endothelial transplantation; 3.Objective to compare the postoperative effects of injective corneal endothelium transplantation and drag corneal endothelium transplantation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前眼压控制不佳（近1个月内IOP>21mmHg）；
2.硅油眼；
3.葡萄膜炎反复发作；
4.病毒性角膜内皮炎；
5.虹膜晶体隔缺损的水眼、眼球先天发育异常，以及所有严重影响手术操作的其他情况；
6.眼部感染，眼内炎症消退未满1个月；
7.筛选前3个月内接受过内眼手术或研究期间需要进行内眼手术；
8.妊娠期及哺乳期妇女或育龄妇女不采取有效的避孕措施；
9.术前空度血糖>9.0mmol/L，严重的心血管疾病史（无法控制的高血压、不稳定性冠心病或心肌梗死或严重的心律失常等）不能耐受手术；
10.研究者判断不适合参与实验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Preoperative intraocular pressure control was poor (IOP > 21mmhg in the latest month);
2.Silicone oil eye;
3.Uveitis occurred repeatedly;
4.Viral keratodermatitis;
5.Iris septal defect of water eye, congenital ocular dysplasia, and all other conditions that seriously affect surgical procedures;
6.Eye infection, intraocular inflammation subsided less than 1 month;
7.Internal eye surgery was performed within 3 months before screening or during the study period;
8.Pregnant and lactating women or women of childbearing age do not take effective contraceptive measures;
9.Preoperative fasting blood glucose > 9.0mmol/l, severe cardiovascular disease history (uncontrollable hypertension, unstable coronary heart disease or myocardial infarction or severe arrhythmia) can not tolerate surgery;
10.The researcher judged that it was not suitable to participate in other situations of the experiment.
