研究目的：

1. 探索基于微信小程序“心境静”的双相障碍患者自我管理干预方案对改善缓解期双相障碍患者的社会功能水平、自我管理能力、睡眠及运动情况、生活质量、服药依从性及疾病复发的效果； 2. 探索多元化干预模式对改善双相障碍缓解期患者的整体社会功能、认知功能、生活质量等主要功能结局指标的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the effect of self-management intervention based on the WeChat Small Programt "Heart Border Calm" on social function, self-management ability, sleep and exercise, quality of life, medication adherence, and relapse for patients with bipolar disorder in remission; 2. To evaluate the effect of Diversified Intervention Model on the overall social function, cognitive function, quality of life and other primary indicators for patients with bipolar disorder in remission.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 痴呆或精神发育迟滞者，即成人韦氏智力测试得分低于70分；
2. 伴有脑器质性疾病（如脑出血、脑梗死、脑外伤等）或伴有其他严重躯体疾病，如严重的心肝肾等器官功能衰竭、恶性肿瘤等；
3. 过去三个月中接受过电休克治疗；
4. 听力有问题者；
5. 怀孕或哺乳期妇女；
6. 过去三个月有物质滥用，如酗酒、吸毒等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Dementia or mental retardation: score on the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale ＜ 70;
2. Accompanied by organic brain diseases (cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, brain trauma, etc.) or other serious physical diseases (severe heart failure, liver failure, kidney failure, malignant tumors, etc.);
3. Received ECT in the prior 3 months;
4. Hearing disability;
5. Women in gestational or lactational period;
6. Substance abuse (alcoholism, drug addiction, etc.) in the prior 3 months.
