研究目的：

1.建立体外循环心脏手术术后谵妄病例数据库； 2.通过统计学方法分析体外循环下心脏手术术后谵妄的风险因素； 3.基于机器学习算法建立一种有效的AI预测模型用于评估体外循环下心脏手术术后谵妄的风险，并验证其有效性。

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish a database of delirium cases after cardiopulmonary bypass surgery; 2. To analyze the risk factors of delirium after cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass by statistical methods; 3. To establish an effective AI prediction model based on machine learning algorithm to assess the risk of delirium after cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass, and to verify its effectiveness.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.急诊手术治疗；
2.患有严重的视觉、听力障碍的疾病，无法配合完成谵妄评估；
3.失随访、资料不全的患者；
4.既往有颅脑手术史的患者；
5.既往有中风史、癫痫史、精神病史及阿尔兹海默症病史；
6.病例中包含任何已签署拒绝用于医学研究相关文书；
7.计划同期进行其他非心脏手术或合并术式的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Emergency surgical treatment;
2. Suffering from severe visual and hearing disorders, unable to cooperate with the completion of the delirium assessment;
3. Patients with missing follow-up and incomplete data;
4. Patients with a history of craniocerebral surgery;
5. History of stroke, epilepsy, mental illness and Alzheimer's disease in the past;
6. The case contains any signed refusal to use in medical research related documents;
7. Patients who plan to undergo other non-cardiac surgeries or combined surgeries at the same time.
