通过分析收集的患者资料，获取中国糖尿病足一般流行病学特点和初始发病位置数据，探讨糖尿病多种相关风险因素与始发位置的分布特点，为未来支具防治糖尿病足提供临床参考，为及早发现糖尿病足和规范糖尿病足防治提供指导和建议。  

Objectives of Study：

Patients by analyzing the collected data, access to the Chinese general epidemiological characteristics of diabetic foot and the initial onset of location data, discusses diabetes a variety of related risk factors and the distribution characteristics of initial position, for the future prevention and treatment of diabetic foot with a clinical reference, for the early detection of diabetes foot and standardize the prevention and cure of diabetic foot provide guidance and advice.

非糖尿病引起的足部溃疡；糖尿病引起的非足部溃疡；不能确定足创面初始发病位置。

Exclusion criteria：

Foot ulcers not caused by diabetes;Non-foot ulcers due to diabetes;The initial location of foot wound cannot be determined.
