研究目的：

通过筛选慢性丙型肝炎肝纤维化及肝细胞癌患者血浆中差异表达的易感基因及长链非编码RNAs，明确关键易感基因及长链非编码RNA在该病中的作用及分子机制，为探索无创诊断指标及靶向性治疗策略提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the role and molecular mechanism of susceptibility gene and lncRNA in HCV-related liver fibrosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 失代偿性肝病史（如：失代偿性肝病伴凝血紊乱，高胆红素血症，肝性脑病，低蛋白血症，腹水和食管静脉曲张出血，肝硬化病人Child-Pugh分数>6）； (2) 合并HBV、HDV、HIV感染； (3) 中性粒细胞<1.0×109/L，血小板<50×109/L，血红蛋白<80g/L； (4) 确诊为肝癌或疑有肝癌或AFP>100ng/ml者； (5) 妊娠及哺乳期妇女； (6) 筛选时肌酐值>1.5倍正常参考值上限（ULN）； (7) 对干扰素或该制剂的任何成分有过敏史； (8) 有吸毒或酗酒史； (9) 自身免疫性疾病、严重精神性疾病、甲状腺疾病、重度视网膜疾病、恶性肿瘤史、严重肺疾病、消化系统疾病、心脏疾病、任何使贫血风险增加的疾病或病史； (10) 其它由研究者判断不适合进入本研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. History or other evidence of decompensated liver disease (Coagulopathy, hyperbilirubinemia, hepatic encephalopathy, hypo-albuminemia, ascites, and bleeding from esophageal varices are conditions consistent with decompensated liver disease; patients with cirrhosis in Child-Pugh score > 6);
2. Co-infection with active hepatitis B, hepatitis D and/or human immuno- deficiency virus (HIV);
3. Neutrophil count < 1000 cells/mm3 or platelet count < 50000 cells/mm3 at screening;
4. Sign or symptoms of hepatocellular carcinoma, patients with a value of alpha-fetoprotein > 100 ng/mL;
5. Pregnant or breast-feeding females (positive pregnancy test immediately prior to initiation of therapy), male partners of women who are to be pregnant;
6. Serum creatinine level > 1.5 ULN at screening;
7. History of drug allergy on IFN or any compound of IFN;
8. History of drug and alcohol abuse;
9. History of autoimmune disease; History of severe psychiatric disease, especially depression; History of thyroid disease poorly controlled on prescribed medications; History of severe retinal disease; History of malignant tumor; History of chronic pulmonary disease with insufficient function; History of severe cardiac or digestive disease; History of disease aggravating anaemia;
10. Other issues that investigators consider unsuitable for this trial.
