研究目的：

本研究旨在探索失眠患者认知灵活性与脑活动的改变情况。通过比较使用者与健康被试的神经心理指标、认知灵活性功能、脑活动与功能联结差异，揭示失眠患者情绪症状、认知功能损伤以及脑功能改变。验证低频的左侧 DLPFC 的 rTMS 刺激的机制，同时对潜在脑电生物标记物进行探索  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the changes in cognitive flexibility and brain activity in patients with insomnia who use benzodiazepines. By comparing the neuropsychological indicators, cognitive flexibility function, brain activity and functional connection differences between users and healthy subjects, it reveals the emotional symptoms, cognitive impairment and brain function changes of benzodiazepine users. Validate the mechanism of rTMS stimulation of low-frequency left DLPFC, and explore potential EEG biomarkers.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有经颅磁（TMS）治疗及核磁共振成像（MRI）检查禁忌症，如头颅外伤、癫痫病史、体内有金属植入物者等；
2.患有其他精神疾病（包括药物诱发的精神疾病)；
3.严重躯体疾病或重大器官疾病；
4.具有睡眠剥夺情况；
5.怀孕状态。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are contraindications for transcranial magnetic resonance (TMS) treatment and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination, such as head trauma, history of epilepsy, and metal implants in the body;
2. Suffering from other mental illnesses (including drug-induced mental illnesses);
3. Serious physical disease or major organ disease;
4. With sleep deprivation;
5. Pregnancy status.
