研究目的：

本课题拟采用光照疗法对大学生人群中的阈下抑郁人群进行干预，并对疗法进行评价，评估其有效性及安全性，为阈下抑郁人群的非药物干预疗法提供指导意见。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to use light therapy to intervene in the subthreshold depression population in college students, evaluate the therapy, evaluate its effectiveness and safety, and provide guidance for non-drug intervention therapy for the subthreshold depression population.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有抑郁障碍等精神疾病（MINI-4进行筛选）；
2.患有不稳定的躯体疾病；
3.患有青光眼等眼部疾病；
4.怀孕或哺乳期；
5.正在服用药物或接受物理治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from mental disorders such as depression (screened by MINI-4);
2. Suffering from unstable physical disease;
3. Suffering from eye diseases such as glaucoma;
4. Pregnancy or lactation;
5. Are taking medication or undergoing physical therapy.
