研究目的：

我们设计了两项平行的随机对照试验：一项针对HIV阴性的MSM和一项针对HIV阳性的MSM，通过比较HCV自检组和对照组之间的丙肝检测率，探究HCV自检项目在促进男男性行为人群HCV检测中的作用，并进行成本效果分析。  

Objectives of Study：

We designed two parallel randomized controlled trials, one in HIV-negative MSM and one in HIV-positive MSM, to investigate the role of HCV self-testing programs in promoting HCV detection in men who have sex with men by comparing HCV self-testing rates with control groups, and to conduct cost-effectiveness analysis.
