回顾性比较国产与进口万古霉素在真实世界应用中对感染患者的有效性、安全性、经济性及PK/PD特性，对已上市药物进行多角度全方位的评价，为优化医院药品管理及临床用药选择提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Retrospectively compare the effectiveness, safety, economy, and PK/PD characteristics of domestic and imported vancomycin in real-world applications for infected patients, and conduct a multi-angle and all-round evaluation of the listed drugs in order to optimize hospital drug management and Provide basis for clinical drug selection.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.入院诊断或住院期间未发生感染的病例；
2.预防性使用万古霉素的病例；
3.使用万古霉素不足48h的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1. No cases of infection occurred during admission diagnosis or hospitalization;
2. Cases of preventive use of vancomycin;
3. Cases where vancomycin has been used for less than 48 hours.
