研究目的：

应用OCT-A观察并对比屈光参差性弱视儿童与正常儿童的的黄斑区血管密度、中心凹无血管区面积及脉络膜血管指数等各项指标的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Using OCT-A to observe and compare the differences of the macular vessel density, area of foveal avascular zone, and choroidal vascular index between children with anisometropic amblyopia and normal children.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无法配合完成OCT-A检查； 2.主动要求退出试验； 3.无法遵从医嘱进行弱视治疗； 4.无法按时间进行弱视治疗后的随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are unable to cooperate with examination on OCT-A; 2. Patients who require to withdraw the project; 3. Patients who could not accept the suggestion of treatment; 4. Patients who could not finish the required follow-up of the project.
