研究目的：

1.分析血清白蛋白与血浆纤维蛋白原比值(AFR)对初次关节置换/翻修术患者营养状态的评价价值，以及分析其是否是初次关节置换/翻修术后急性/慢性切口周围浅表或假体感染的危险因素； 2.基于电子病历系统，分析和探索其他指标，如红细胞宽度等指标是否为初次关节置换/翻修术后急性/慢性切口周围浅表或假体感染的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To analyze the value of serum albumin to plasma fibrinogen ratio (AFR) in evaluating the nutritional status of patients undergoing primary or revision arthroplasty and whether AFR is a risk factor for acute/chronic superficial surgical site infectionor periprosthetic joint infection around the incision after primary or revision arthroplasty; 2.Analyze and explore whether other indicators, such as red blood cell width, are risk factors for acute/chronic superficial surgical site infection or periprosthetic joint infection around the incision after primary or revision arthroplasty based on an electronic medical record system.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

Excel 将被用来收集数据；SPSS软件(version 24, IBM Inc, Armonk, NY)将被用于执行统计分析。GraphPad Prism软件(version 7.0 for Mac OS X; GraphPad Software Inc., San Diego, CA)将被用于绘制散点图。
