研究目的：

主要目的：研究观察婴幼儿外科手术中保护性通气策略是否可以改善术中肺不张现象以及减少术后肺部并发症的发生率，且对患者预后良好发挥重要作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To observe whether the protective ventilation strategy can improve atelectasis and reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications, and play an important role in patientsprognosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.胸外科病史；
2.术前胸片表现异常；
3.胸廓先天畸形；
4.已入住ICU；
5.脊柱侧弯；
6.严重心肺疾病；
7.急诊手术；
8.急性肺部感染。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of thoracic surgery;
2. Abnormal chest radiograph before operation;
3. Congenital deformity of thoracic cage;
4. Admitted to ICU;
5. Scoliosis;
6. Severe heart and lung disease;
7. Emergency surgery;
8. Acute lung infection.
