研究目的：

通过整群随机对照试验（cluster-randomized trials）方法，观察固定的中医药综合干预技术方案（穴位贴敷、足浴、膏方、睡眠卫生指导）对于失眠人群的干预效果及安全性。

Observe the clinical effect and safety of TCM comprehensive intervention technique on insomnia by cluster-randomized trials

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）准备怀孕或孕期或哺乳期或需要陪伴小孩一起睡觉的人群。
（2）根据病史与问诊，医生确认由其它疾病引起的继发性失眠。
例如：局部的疼痛、不安腿综合征、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、急慢性心力衰竭、
慢性阻塞性肺病、急慢性支气管炎
（3）根据患者抑郁自评工具（PHQ-9）诊断为中、重度抑郁患者（总分≥10）
（4）根据广泛性焦虑量表（GAD-7）诊断中、重度焦虑患者（总分≥6）
（5）根据病史与问诊，医生确认为需要按照疾病管理方式管理的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) ready to become pregnant or nursing or need to be accompanied by a child;
(2) according to the history and interrogation, the doctor confirmed other diseases caused by secondary insomnia.
For example: local pain, restless legs syndrome, sleep apnea syndrome, acute and chronic heart failure, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute and chronic bronchitis;
(3) according to the self rating depression tool (PHQ-9) diagnosed in patients with severe depression (score = 10);
(4) according to the generalized anxiety scale (GAD-7) in the diagnosis of severe anxiety patients (score = 6);
(5) according to the history and the interrogation, the doctor confirmed the need for management of patients according to disease management.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

对单位进行编号，形成抽样框架。运用简单随机方法对参与单位进行整群随机化，以1：1比例分为两组，运用简单随机方法进行随机，随机数字生成工具采用PASW Statistics 18，随机种子设置为20120801。随机分组规则为，如随机数字的个位为奇数则分配到“1”组，偶数和零则分配到“2”组。分组后，记录各单位的组别及对应的干预方式。由未知上述整群随机分组结果的工作人员，根据个体纳入排除标准，在各个整群单位中收集病例。
