研究目的：

1.掌握特高海拔世居居民的各项生理健康现状并建立数据库，深化疾病的遗传学研究； 2.综合评估世居居民在特高海拔的重要靶器官功能受损状况，完善高原医学科学研究； 3.前瞻性研究特高海拔世居居民搬迁至较低海拔后各项生理健康指标的变化及各重要器官功能的适应性变化； 4.明确不同海拔梯度对世居高原居民健康危害作用并研究相应的保护措施，促进高原医学的可持续发展； 5.探索人类健康与高原环境和谐相处提高科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Master the physical health status of residents living in extra-high altitudes and establish a database to deepen the genetic research of diseases; 2. Comprehensively assess the damage of important target organ functions of residents living in extra-high altitudes, and improve high-altitude medical science research; 3. Prospectively study the changes of various physiological health indicators and the adaptive changes of the functions of various important organs after the extra-high-altitude residents relocate to lower altitudes; 4. Clarify the harmful effects of different altitude gradients on the health of high altitude residents and study corresponding protective measures to promote the sustainable development of high altitude medicine; 5. Explore the harmonious coexistence between human health and the plateau environment to improve the scientific basis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.参与本研究者超过7天以上生活在海拔≤4500米；
2.受试者认知能力不足，无法签署知情同意书或无法完成问卷调查者；
3.孕期妇女；
4.参与肺功能检查的受试者，近3个月患有心肌梗死、休克者，近4周严重心功能不稳定、心绞痛者，近期有脑血管意外；
5.近4周大咯血者，癫痫发作需要用药治疗者；
6.未控制的高血压患者（收缩压＞200 mmHg，舒张压＞100 mmHg）；
7.心动过缓、严重心律失常；主动脉瘤患者；
8.严重甲状腺功能亢进者；
9.意识障碍或智力障碍等不能理解及不能主动配合检查的各种情况；
10.心率＞120次/分或SPO2＜90%；气胸、巨大肺大炮且不准备手术治疗者；
11.鼓膜穿孔患者（需先堵塞患者耳道后测定）；
12.近期呼吸道感染（＜4周）者；感染性疾病急性期患者；
13.免疫力低下者；身体虚弱者；
14.因为用力吹气可能会加重病情的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Participate in the researcher for more than 7 days and live at an altitude of <= 4500 meters;
2. Patients with insufficient cognitive ability, unable to sign the informed consent form or unable to complete the questionnaire;
3. Pregnant women;
4. Patients participating in the pulmonary function test, suffering from myocardial infarction and shock in the past 3 months, severe cardiac instability and angina pectoris in the past 4 weeks, and recent cerebrovascular accident;
5. Patients with massive hemoptysis in the past 4 weeks, those who need medication for epileptic seizures;
6. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 200 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg);
7. Bradycardia, severe arrhythmia; patients with aortic aneurysm;
8. Severe hyperthyroidism;
9. Various situations that cannot be understood and cannot actively cooperate with the inspection, such as disturbance of consciousness or intellectual disability;
10. Heart rate > 120 beats/min or SPO2 < 90%; pneumothorax, giant lung cannon and not ready for surgery;
11. Patients with tympanic membrane perforation (the patient's ear canal needs to be blocked first and then measured);
12. Patients with recent respiratory tract infection (<4 weeks); patients with acute infectious diseases;
13. Patients with low immunity; people with weak body;
14. Because of other conditions that may aggravate the condition by blowing too hard.
