主要目的：针对脑卒中后轻中度认知功能障碍伴手功能障碍的患者，探索一种认知功能训练与手功能训练相结合的新型训练方式（基于认知泛化的任务导向训练）对患者认知功能及手功能的康复治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Aimed at the patients with mild to moderate cognitive impairment and hand dysfunction after stroke, to explore a new training method combined with cognitive function training and hand function training (task-oriented training based on perceptual learning generalization) for the rehabilitation of cognitive function and hand function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并帕金森病或其他神经系统疾病者；
2.脑卒中病情恶化，进展加重者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with Parkinson's disease or other nervous system diseases;
2. The condition of cerebral apoplexy worsened and progressed.
