主要目的：探讨以人群为基础的出生缺陷监测的方法及其可行性，描述出生缺陷的发生情况和分布特征，分析孕早期的环境因素暴露与出生缺陷发生的关联，发现出生缺陷新的病因学机制，为临床干预提供切入点。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To explore the method and feasibility of population-based birth defect monitoring, describe the occurrence and distribution characteristics of birth defects, analyze the relationship between exposure to environmental factors in early pregnancy and the occurrence of birth defects, and discover new etiology of birth defects Mechanism to provide an entry point for clinical intervention.
