研究目的：

1、比较足月择期剖宫产孕妇及其新生儿未进行新生儿早期基本保健技术和接受新生儿早期基本保健技术（皮肤接触30分钟、60分钟和90分钟）的早开奶率的差异； 2、探索足月择期剖宫产孕妇及其新生儿未进行新生儿早期基本保健技术和接受新生儿早期基本保健技术（皮肤接触30分钟、60分钟和90分钟）的母乳喂养率的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To compare the differences in the rate of early breastfeeding of pregnant women with elective cesarean section at term and their newborns who did not receive early basic health care techniques for newborns and those who received early basic health care techniques for newborns (30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes of skin contact); 2. To explore the differences in breastfeeding rates among pregnant women with elective cesarean section at term and their newborns who did not receive early basic health care techniques and those who received early basic health care techniques (30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes of skin contact).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 孕妇患有严重的妊娠期并发症，如前置胎盘、胎盘植入和子痫等；
2. 新生儿患有严重疾病，如新生儿窒息、新生儿出生缺陷等；
3. 不能进行母乳喂养；
4. 不能进行母婴皮肤接触；
5. 孕妇患有感染性疾病，如乙肝、梅毒、HIV感染等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious pregnancy complications such as placenta previa, placenta implantation and eclampsia;
2. Neonatal complications such as neonatal asphyxia, neonatal birth defects;
3. Unable to breastfeeding;
4. Difficulty in undergoing skin-to-skin contact;
5. Infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, syphilis, HIV.
