研究目的：

本研究旨在调查低强度激光、低强度拉伸及其组合对未受过训练的个体的延迟性肌肉酸痛的影响。 此外，本研究还考察了 DOMS 与功能性能之间的相关性。从而为运动训练及临床康复训练提供指导意见。  

Objectives of Study：

This research aimed to investigate the effects of LLLT, low-intensity stretching, and their combination on DOMS in untrained individuals. In addition, the correlation between DOMS and functional performance was also examined in this study. Thereby providing guidance for sports training and clinical rehabilitation training.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

为任何心血管疾病、肺部疾病、肌肉酸痛、肌肉劳损等身体不适，以及2周内经历过大强度或剧烈运动。

Exclusion criteria：

For any cardiovascular disease, lung disease, muscle aches, muscle strain, and other physical discomforts, as well as experiencing high intensity or strenuous exercise within 2 weeks.

信封抽签法，在一个不透光的箱子内保存随机信封，按入组顺序依次拆开信封，按照信封内的分配方案确定患者的分组情况。本研究中，在信封内60个纸条，分装随机化结果：在标记编号为001的信封内放入分组为I组的纸片，在标记编号为002的信封内放入分组为II组的纸片，在标记编号为003的信封内放入分组为III组的纸片，在标记编号为004的信封内放入分组为IV组的纸片，依次循环类推。

The researchers randomly grouped them by drawing lots (1, 2, 3, or 4) in opaque boxes, with each number representing a group. The participants were randomly assigned to four groups: (i). The control group; (ii). LLLT group; (iii). Stretching group; (iv). LLLT combined with stretching group.
