该研究旨在探索智能力反馈机器人对脑卒中患者上肢运动功能障碍康复的有效性和安全性,以及临床经济学评估。  

Objectives of Study:

The research aims to explore effects and Cost-effectiveness of Intelligent Force-Controlled Robot Therapy (IFRT) on upper extremity rehabilitation in stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.肌张力过高Ashworth分级≥3级或上肢肌力≤2 级;
2.患有严重的高血压(收缩压>200mmHg或舒张压>110mmHg)糖尿病血糖控制不佳;
3.肩关节伴严重疼痛;
4.严重肩肘关节被动关节活动度受限;
5.难治性或多发性癫痫者;
6.有严重的上下肢关节疾病等既往史。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Hypertonia Ashworth grade >= grade 3 or upper limb muscle strength <= grade 2;
2. Patients with severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 200mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 110mmHg) with poor control of diabetes mellitus;
3. Shoulder joint with severe pain;
4. Severe limitation of passive range of motion of shoulder and elbow joints;
5. Patients with refractory or multiple epilepsy;
6. Past history of severe upper and lower extremity joint diseases.
