研究目的：

挖掘孕期饮食与母婴肠道菌群动态结构多样性特征之间的作用规律，证实孕期饮食可通过改变母体菌群的多样性特征影响子代菌群的定植，从而为基于肠道菌群的孕期精准营养，提供生命近、远期疾病预防和治疗的新靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the role of diet during pregnancy and the dynamic structural diversity of maternal and infant intestinal flora, and confirm that diet during pregnancy can affect the colonization of offspring flora by changing the diversity characteristics of maternal flora, so as to provide a new target for accurate nutrition during pregnancy based on intestinal flora and disease prevention and treatment in the near and long term of life.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

孕妇：
1.既往患有消化道疾病、慢性疾病或服用治疗慢性疾病的药物；
2.孕期发现妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压、妊娠合并肝炎等妊娠期并发症；
3.近2个月内曾使用抗生素、含益生元、益生菌以及服用其他影响肠道菌群药物者。
新生儿：
1.分娩时出现严重并发症；
2.患有先天性疾病的新生儿。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women:
1. Those who have previously suffered from digestive tract diseases or chronic diseases or are taking drugs for chronic diseases;
2. Gestational diabetes mellitus, gestational hypertension, gestational hepatitis and other gestational complications during pregnancy;
3. Have used antibiotics, probiotics, probiotics or other drugs affecting intestinal flora in the last 2 months.
Newborns:
1. With severe complications during delivery;
2. With congenital diseases.
