Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of western music and five element music therapy on depression, anxiety and sleep emotion in patients with depression disorder.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 精神分裂症； 2. 滥用药物； 3. 严重自杀倾向； 4. 严重危及生命的躯体疾病； 5. 正在参加其他干预试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosis of schizo; 2. Drug abuse; 3. Severe suicidal tendency; 4. Serious and life-threatening physical disease; 5. Undergoing other interventional treatment.

由于音乐疗法的特殊性，无法对患者使用盲法。3 组患者问卷资料的收集将由一名不知道试验分组的研究助理进行，同时数据的统计者也将使用盲法。

Blinding：

Due to the unique nature of music therapy, blind methods cannot be used on patients. The collection of questionnaire data for three groups of patients will be conducted by a research assistant who is not aware of the trial group, and the data statistician will also use blinding.
