研究目的：

1. 主要目的：确定联合使用视网膜血流及结构功能组合分析数据，是否可更敏感地识别青光眼和更准确地评估进展率，以期为临床早干预提供依据，挽救患者视功能、减少盲，减轻患者和社会的经济负担； 2. 次要目的：明确不同类型青光眼血流灌注损伤及高眼压机械压迫与神经纤维层结构损伤的差异，为不同类型青光眼疾病进展和发病机制研究提供临床证据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: to determine whether the combined use of retinal blood flow and structure function analysis data can more sensitively identify glaucoma and more accurately assess the progress rate, so as to provide the basis for early clinical intervention, save the visual function of patients, reduce blindness, and reduce the economic burden of patients and society; 2. Secondary objective: to clarify the difference between blood flow perfusion injury, high intraocular pressure mechanical compression and structural injury of nerve fiber layer in different types of glaucoma, so as to provide clinical evidence for the study of disease progression and pathogenesis of different types of glaucoma.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.内眼手术史（除了青光眼手术或非复杂白内障手术）；
2.血管性或非血管性视网膜病变；
3.合并严重系统性疾病者；
4.孕产妇及哺乳期女性；
5.不能配合视野检查获得可靠参数的受试者；
6.OCT或OCTA扫描质量差（如信号强度指数<48，运动伪影，分割差，清晰度差）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of internal eye surgery (except for glaucoma surgery or uncomplicated cataract surgery);
2. Vascular or non-vascular retinopathy;
3. Those with severe systemic diseases;
4. Pregnant women and lactating women;
5. Subjects who cannot cooperate with visual field inspection to obtain reliable parameters;
6. OCT or OCTA scan quality is poor (such as signal strength index < 48, motion artifacts, poor segmentation, poor sharpness).
