尝试通过线上订餐服务平台开展减盐宣传活动,改善城市人群的低盐外卖选择;探索利用线上订餐服务平台开展减盐宣传从而改善人群生活方式的新理念、新方法;鼓励平台入驻商家在原有套餐基础上开发低盐菜品并进行标识,以帮助消费者做出更健康的外卖选择。  

Objectives of Study:

To improve low sodium options when ordering food delivery by online platform salt reduction communications; To explore the new method of online platform salt reduction;To encourage the restaurants to develop and label low salt dishes, in order to help consumers make healthier options.

为了增加餐厅组间的均衡性,我们采用随机区组设计的方法对招募的餐厅进行了分组。首先根据食物品类对餐厅进行了排序,在每个食物品类中,我们按照月订单量对餐厅进行排序。基于上面的排序,将每5个餐厅纳入一个区组,之后从每个区组中随机选择一个餐厅进入每个干预组。
