研究目的：

绝大部分憩室不产生症状，约5％的病例可因憩室炎而引起疼痛、穿孔、出血等需要临床治疗，大部分患者还需通过外科手术，特别是十二指肠降段憩室手术难度较大，风险较高，同时外科手术增加患者痛苦及治疗费用，因此我科采用改良单钳道骑跨式荷包缝合法封闭憩室可避免患者外科手术风险及术后并发症，减少患者痛苦。

Objectives of Study：

The vast majority of diverticula do not cause symptoms, about 5% of cases need clinical treatment which may be caused by the pain due to diverticulitis, perforation, bleeding. For most patients needed surgery, especially the duodenal diverticulum surgery is more difficult with higher risk, while increasing the suffering of patients and surgical treatment costs, our department use improved single endoscopic clamp leaping purse suture to avoid surgery risks and complications, and reduce patient suffering.

排除标准：

术前排除结核、糖尿病、凝血功能障碍、严重心肺疾病、肝硬化等基础疾病

Exclusion criteria：

preoperative exclude tuberculosis, diabetes, coagulation disorders, severe heart and lung disease, cirrhosis and other underlying diseases.
