研究目的：

评价基于欣赏式探询的干预方案对缓解护士职业倦怠的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate effectiveness of an appreciative inquiry intervention on nurses' burnout.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

基于欣赏式探询的护士职业倦怠干预方案由本团队开发，共包括6个阶段，干预以每周一个阶段的形式开展，每次持续60-90分钟。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The nurse's job burnout intervention program based on appreciative inquiry was developed by the team and includes 6 stages. The intervention is carried out in the form of one stage per week, each lasting 60-90 minutes. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不直接参与临床护理；
2.目前正在参与其他相似研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Without direct patient-care responsibilities;
2. Simultaneous participation in other similar trials.
