研究目的:

明确冲击波干预卒中后痉挛肌肉的潜在机制,和痉挛状态下肌源性因素影响上肢运动功能障碍的机制,为促进卒中后痉挛肢体功能恢复提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study:

To clarify the potential mechanism of shock wave intervention in spastic muscles after stroke, and the mechanism of myogenic factors affecting upper limb motor dysfunction under spasticity, to provide new ideas for promoting the recovery of spastic limb function after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.生命体征不稳定;
2.正在服用肌肉松弛剂或抗痉挛药物的;
3.小脑梗死;
4.凝血功能障碍,电子和金属植入物或上肢皮肤损伤;
5.认知功能障碍(MMSE<21分);
6.上肢体骨折或非肌肉痉挛导致的关节活动受限。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Unstable vital signs;
2. Those who are taking muscle relaxants or antispasmodic drugs;
3. Cerebellar infarction;
4. Coagulation disorders, electronic and metal implants or upper limb skin damage;
5. Cognitive dysfunction (MMSE<21 points);
6. Upper limb fracture or limited joint mobility not caused by muscle spasm.

研究者拟入选脑卒中患者120人(偏瘫侧腕关节屈肌群的MAS评分结果为 1、1+、2、3 级的受试者各30人),每组30人分别采用计算机统计软件产生随机数字表的方法将患者分为试验组和对照组。

A total of 120 stroke patients (30 subjects in each group with a MAS score of 1, 1+, 2, and 3 on the hemiplegia side of the flexor carpal joint) were enrolled in the study. Each group of 30 patients was divided into experimental group and control group by using a random number table
