探索左旋甲状腺素治疗心力衰竭合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effectiveness of levothyroxine in treating patients with heart failure and subclinical hypothyroidism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.急性失代偿性心力衰竭； 2.3月内曾接受甲状腺素治疗； 3.肿瘤患者； 4.临床甲状腺功能减退或低T3综合征。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with acute decompensation heart failure; 2. Patients receiving levothyroxine therapy in the past three months; 3. Patients with cancer; 4. Patients with overt hypothyroidism or low T3 syndrome.
