本研究通过分析脓毒症患者的血浆GDF-3结合序贯器官衰竭评分（SOFA）与其他血浆感染标志物、炎症因子水平、心肌损伤标志物、住院时长、住院期间死亡率等指标的关系，评价两者在脓毒症患者病情预后评估的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study analyzed the relationship between plasma GDF-3 combined with sequential organ failure score (sofa) and other plasma infection markers, inflammatory factor levels, myocardial injury markers, length of hospital stay and mortality in patients with sepsis.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠期女性；
2.住院时间<3天的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women;
2. Patients with hospitalization time < 3 days.
