研究目的：

1.基于CATCH-IT开发基于量化评估的抑郁症青少年干预技术M-CATCH-IT； 2.验证基于量化评估的抑郁症青少年干预技术M-CATCH-IT进行抑郁高危青少年干预的有效性及可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Based on CATCH-IT to develop the intervention technology M-CATCH-IT for depressive adolescents based on quantitative evaluation; 2. Verify the effectiveness and feasibility of M-CATCH-IT, an intervention technology for depressive adolescents based on quantitative evaluation, to intervene in high-risk depressive adolescents.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往符合美国疾病诊断分类手册第四版（DSM-4）中任何精神疾病诊断标准；
2.目前正在服用抗抑郁药物；
3.既往或当前接受过系统的心理治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. In the past, it meets any of the diagnostic criteria for mental illness in the fourth edition of the American Diagnostic Classification Manual (DSM-4);
2. Currently taking antidepressant drugs;
3. Have received systematic psychotherapy in the past or currently.

本研究为一项整群随机、对照研究。 随机化：试验中每所学校的干预方式将由随机表确定。随机表由与本试验数据管理、统计分析无关的统计师使用SAS软件（9.4或以上版本），按照1:1的比例、采用分层随机方法产生，分层因素为年级（初中或高中）。该随机数据具有重现性，所设定的随机数初值种子参数需要按相应随机方案对应保存。

This study is a cluster randomized, controlled study. Randomization: The intervention method of each school in the trial will be determined by the randomization table. The random table is generated by a statistician who has nothing to do with the data management and statistical analysis.
