研究目的：

探讨针刺“项七针”对治疗单纯性肥胖症的有效性，为单纯性肥胖症的临床治疗找到新的穴位选择。

Objectives of Study：

Objective to explore the effectiveness of the nape seven needles in the treatment of simple obesity, and to find a new acupoint selection for the clinical treatment of simple obesity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴有内分泌、代谢性疾病（下丘脑综合征、糖尿病、甲状腺功能减低、垂体瘤等）的患者，以及长期服用激素或精神类药物的患者；
2.合并有心血管、肺肝肾和造血系统等严重原发疾病和严重内脏器质性疾病（如心、脑血管等疾病）或传染性疾病患者；
3.处于妊娠或者哺乳期妇女；
4.正在使用其他形式的减肥方法或减肥治疗停止时间尚未满１个月者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with endocrine and metabolic diseases (hypothalamic syndrome, diabetes, hypothyroidism, pituitary tumors, etc.), as well as patients who take hormones or psychotropic drugs for a long time;
2. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, lung, liver and kidney, hematopoietic system, severe internal organ diseases (such as heart, cerebrovascular diseases, etc.) or infectious diseases;
3. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
4. Those who are using other forms of weight loss methods or have not stopped weight loss treatment for one month.
