研究目的:

本研究计划采用德国西门子Skyra 3.0T MR扫描仪,纳入10名患有生发基质-脑室内出血(GMH-IVH) II-III级并继发脑室出血后扩张(PHVD)需要干预的早产儿、10名GMH-IVH II级但没有PHVD的早产儿及10名足月矫正相同年龄婴儿,对三组婴儿进行高分辨磁共振结构成像(HR-MRI)及弥散张量成像(DTI)扫描,评价三组婴儿脑灰白质浓度和体积及脑白质纤维传导束的完整性的差异,为进一步研究不同程度脑室内出血后早产儿神经发育可能存在差异提供研究基础,为脑室内出血后早产儿的临床干预和康复方案提供理论依据和指导。  

Objectives of Study:

The study plans to perform high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) scans of children with germinal matrix-intraventricular hemorrhage (GMH-IVH) and with posthemorrhagic ventricular dilatation, and normal controls. To evaluate the differences in density and volume of cerebral gray matter and white matter, and cerebral white matter fiber bundles among the three groups of infants, to provide a basis for further study on the possible differences in neurodevelopment of premature infants after different degrees of intraventricular hemorrhage, and to provide theoretical basis and guidance for clinical intervention and rehabilitation programs of preterm infants after intraventricular hemorrhage.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.误纳误入者;
2.明确不符合实验方案或违背试验方案者;
3.无法行颅脑MRI检查的受试者;
4.正在参加其他临床试验的受试者或30天内参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Mistakes by mistake;
2. Those who clearly do not meet the experimental protocol or violate the experimental protocol;
3. Subjects who cannot undergo cranial MRI examination;
4. Subjects who are participating in other clinical trials or those participating in other clinical trials within 30 days.
