主要目的：评价子宫内膜异位症/子宫腺肌症患者着床期子宫内膜转录组水平的改变，并评估与妊娠结局相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To evaluste the transcript profile of endometrisis /adenomyosis and the possible effect on pregnancy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.男女一方患有生殖泌尿系统急性感染或性传播疾病；
2.一方患有严重的遗传、躯体疾病或精神心理疾患；
3.一方接触致畸量的射线、毒物、药品并处于作用期；
4.一方有吸毒等严重不良嗜好；
5.存在活动性的临床感染（＞2级NCI-CTCAE第4.03版），活动性结核，以及已知的或自诉的HIV感染或活动性的乙型肝炎或丙型肝炎；
6.其他不适合妊娠情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. One of the sexes has an acute infection of the genitourinary system or a sexually transmitted disease;
2. One party suffers from serious genetic, physical or mental illness;
3. One party is exposed to teratogenic doses of rays, poisons, and medicines and is in the active period;
4. One party has serious bad habits such as drug use;
5. There is active clinical infection (> grade 2 NCI-CTCAE version 4.03), active tuberculosis, and known or self-reported HIV infection or active hepatitis B or C;
6. Other conditions that are not suitable for pregnancy.
