研究目的：

研究FS-LASIK、Trans-PRK、SMILE手术患者在术前与术后不同时间之间角膜的重塑情况，寻找角膜上皮重塑与手术方式、屈光不正度数、术后时间等影响因素的相关性。

Objectives of Study：

Investigate the remodeling of corneal epithelium in patients undergoing FS-LASIK, TRAN-PRK and SMILE surgery before and after surgery, to find out the correlation between corneal epithelial remodeling and surgery methods, refractive errors, postoperative time and other influencing factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者有潜在的、反复发作或进行性的角膜疾病、角膜异常（尤其是复发性角膜糜烂、严重的基质病变、圆锥角膜、透明性边缘性角膜变性）或是手术范围内的角膜疤痕。
2.患者单眼或双眼角膜形态不规则。
3.患者近视度数有进展。
4.患者正在服用一些可能会影响伤口愈合的系统性药物，如肾上腺皮质激素和抗代谢药。
5.患者免疫功能不全或有结缔组织病、显性遗传疾病或糖尿病。
6.患者既往有眼部手术史。
7.患者中央角膜曲率不规则。
8.患者对于研究中使用的药物过敏。
9.患者有青光眼病史或青光眼可疑。
10.患者在试验期间参加其他试验。
11.患者有疱疹性角膜炎病史。
12.女性患者在怀孕期或哺乳期或计划怀孕期。
13.患者术后可能会出现斜视。
14.患者患系统性疾病尤其是血管性疾病，如：风湿性疾病，系统性红斑狼疮或干燥症。
15.患者患有眼球震颤或在手术期间不能长时间固视。
16.患者术后剩余角膜基质厚度少于250um。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has potential, recurring or progressive corneal disease, corneal abnormalities (especially recurrent corneal erosion, severe stromal disease, keratoconus, transparent marginal corneal degeneration) or corneal scars within the scope of surgery.
2. The shape of the cornea of the patient's one or both eyes is irregular.
3. The patient's myopia has progressed.
4. The patient is taking some systemic drugs that may affect wound healing, such as adrenal cortex hormones and antimetabolites.
5. The patient has immune insufficiency or connective tissue disease, dominant genetic disease or diabetes.
6. The patient has a history of eye surgery.
7. Irregular curvature of the patient's central cornea.
8. The patient is allergic to the drugs used in the study.
9. The patient has a history of glaucoma or suspicious glaucoma.
10. The patient participates in other trials during the trial period.
11. The patient has a history of herpetic keratitis.
12. Female patients are pregnant or breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant.
13. The patient may have strabismus after surgery.
14. The patient suffers from systemic diseases, especially vascular diseases, such as rheumatic diseases, systemic lupus erythematosus or sicca.
15. The patient suffers from nystagmus or cannot fix the eyes for a long time during the operation.
16. The thickness of the remaining corneal stroma after the operation is less than 250um.
