研究目的：

1.评估体重正常的2型糖尿病患者VAT增多发生率； 2.比较体重正常的2型糖尿病患者VAT增多组和VAT正常组动脉粥样硬化差异； 3.比较体重正常的2型糖尿病患者VAT增多组和VAT正常组心血管事件差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the incidence of increased VAT in type 2 diabetic patients with normal weight; 2. Compare the difference of atherosclerosis between normal weight type 2 diabetic patients with increased VAT and normal VAT; 3. Compare the difference of cardiovascular events between normal weight type 2 diabetic patients with increased VAT and normal VAT.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.心脑血管病急性期(急性冠状动脉综合征、急性脑血管病)；
2.症状性心力衰竭；
3.肢体残疾；
4.水肿；
5.人工永久起搏器植入术后；
6.血液透析或腹膜透析；
7.有动脉炎、动脉瘤、严重血管狭窄等外周血管病病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute stage of cardio cerebrovascular disease (acute coronary syndrome, acute cerebrovascular disease);
2. Symptomatic heart failure;
3. Physical disability;
4. Edema;
5. After implantation of artificial permanent pacemaker;
6. Hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis;
7. There was a history of peripheral vascular diseases such as arteritis, aneurysms and severe vascular stenosis.
