研究目的：

通过收集腹部手术 POCD 患者的临床资料、血液标本，建立 POCD 患者的临床资料信息、基因组 DNA 等样本资源库，采用基因芯片和高通量测序技术以发现POCD患者的易感基因区域及变异位点。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the collection of clinical data and blood samples of patients with POCD after abdominal surgery, the clinical data and genomic DNA database of patients with POCD were established. Gene chip and high-throughput sequencing technology were used to find the susceptible gene regions and mutation sites of POCD patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.MMSE评分<24分；
2.CT检查排除器质性脑损伤；
3.有癫痫、焦虑及抑郁等神经、心理系统疾病或严重躯体疾病；
4.既往有脑病者；
5.药物依赖、物质滥用或近三个月内使用抗惊厥药物、镇静药、抑郁药；
6.视听障碍、有长期失眠；
7.因其他原因无法访视交流的患者；
8.预测可能发生或曾发生困难气道者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. MMSE score < 24;
2. CT examination ruled out organic brain injury;
3. Have epilepsy, anxiety and depression and other nervous, psychological system diseases or serious physical diseases;
4. Patients with a previous brain disease;
5. Drug dependence, substance abuse or use of anticonvulsants, sedatives, or depressants in the past three months;
6. Audio-visual impairment, chronic insomnia;
7. Patients unable to visit and communicate due to other reasons;
8. Patients may have or have had a difficult airway.
