研究目的：

观察氢气治疗对老年患者术后认知功能障碍(POCD)的保护作用及其相关机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the protective effect and mechanism of hydrogen treatment on COPD after operation in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1） 现患有或曾患有中枢神经系统疾病者；
2） 曾接受神经外科手术者；
3） 有活动性肝病者；
4） 研究期间服用过镇静药物或抑郁药物者；
5） 严重视觉或听觉障碍，或无法理解普通话者；
6） 已接触过相同的神经心理学量表者；
7） 术前已有认知功能障碍者；
8） 依从性差、不能按研究方案完成试验者；
9）近4周内参加过其它药物的临床试验者；
10）由于任何原因，研究人员认为有任何不适合入选的情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are now or once patients with central nervous system diseases;
2. once accepted department of neurosurgery surgery;
3. patients with active liver disease;
4. patients taking sedative drugs or antidepressants during the study period;
5. suffering form severe visual or hearing impairment or inability to understand mandarin;
6. the same neuropsychological scales have been exposed;
7. already had COPD before surgery;
8. poor compliance or fail to complete the test according to the research plan;
9. clinical trials of other drugs in the past 4 weeks;
10. for any reason,the researchers think there is any situation that is not suitable for the selected.
