研究目的：

1.探讨COPD频繁急性加重型(肺脾气虚证)患者特异的血浆蛋白质指标体系; 2.揭示益气固表丸在COPD频繁急性加重型(肺脾气虚证)特异的血浆蛋白质调控网络中的作用。

Objectives of Study：

1. to investigate the specific plasma protein index system of COPD patients with frequent exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (Fei-Pi Qi-Deficiency Syndrome); 2. to reveal the effect of Yiqigubiao pill on the specific plasma protein regulatory network in the COPD patients with frequent exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(Fei-Pi Qi-Deficiency Syndrome).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)合并支气管哮喘、肺结核、支气管扩张、肺囊性纤维化、肺癌、肺脓肿、充血性心力衰竭等疾病；
(2)并发严重心脑血管、肝肾脏和造血系统等原发性疾病；
(3)孕妇、哺乳期妇女或精神病患者；
(4)法律规定的残疾患者(盲,聋,观,智力障碍,肢体残疾)；
(5)对试验药物过敏、有禁忌症的患者；
(6)合并肿瘤患者；
(7)先天或后天性免疫缺陷者；
(8)近1个月内参加过其它临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with Bronchial asthma, pulmonary tuberculosis, pulmonary tuberculosis, pulmonary cystic fibrosis, lung cancer, pulmonary abscess, congestive heart failure and other diseases;
(2) Patients with serious cardiovascular, primary disease of liver, kidney, hematopoietic system;
(3) Women in stage of pregnant or lactation; and Patients with psychosis;
(4) Disabled patients (blind, deaf, mental retardation, physical disability);
(5) People with multiple drug allergy of the test drug; patients with contraindications;
(6) Patients with tumors;
(7) People with congenital or acquired immunodeficiency;
(8) Patients participate in other clinical trials in the recent month.
