研究目的：

主要目的：采用症状评定探讨重复经颅磁刺激治疗抑郁症的疗效；次要目的：采用经颅磁刺激联合脑电图、运动皮层兴奋性、国际情绪图片系统、事件相关电位、眼动和功能近红外光谱成像等生物物理技术探讨rTMS对抑郁症大脑半球功能偏侧化影响的不同调节途径，阐明rTMS对情绪情绪体验—情绪生理—表情行为这三个情绪三个子系统影响的作用途径。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective is to evaluate the efficacy of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) in the treatment of depression. The secondary objective is using transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with EEG, motor cortex excitability, international emotional picture system, event-related potential, eye movement and functional near infrared spectroscopy (FNIR) to explore the different regulatory pathways of rTMS on the effects of hemispheric function lateralization in depression. To clarify the effects of rTMS on three subsystems of emotion, emotion experience, emotion physiology and expression behavior.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重躯体疾病（如严重心、脑、肝、肾功能不全等）；
2.有脑器质性疾病的患者（如外伤，肿瘤等）；
3.有周围神经以及肌肉系统病变；
4.患其他精神疾病（如精神分裂症双相情感障碍强迫症等）；
5.酒精滥用或精神活性物质滥用史；
6.妊娠期或哺乳期女性；
7.视力及听力障碍患者；
8.接受rTMS治疗的禁忌症，包括金属植入物或癫痫风险；
9.反复出现自杀想法，或任何一种自杀行为，HAMD24中第3项>=3分。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe physical diseases (such as severe heart, brain, liver or kidney impairments, etc.);
2.Brain organic diseases (such as trauma, tumor, etc.);
3.Peripheral neuropathy or muscle diseases;
4.Other mental diseases (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, etc.);
5.History of alcohol or psychoactive substance abuse;
6.Pregnant or breastfeeding women;
7.Vision and hearing impairment;
8.Contraindications for undergoing rTMS treatment, including metallic implants or the risk of seizure;
9.Recurrent suicidal thoughts, or any kind of suicidal behavior , a score of at least 3 on question 3 of the HAMD-24.
