研究目的:

通过对正常人群进行三叉神经电刺激,并同时利用 fNIRS 观察额颞叶大脑皮层氧合血红蛋白含量的实时变化,以明确: 1.不同频率 TNS 刺激对额颞叶脑区活动的影响; 2.三叉神经电刺激对额叶脑区不同部位的活动的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

To determine the real-time changes of oxygenated hemoglobin content in the frontal and temporal cortex by electrical stimulation of the trigeminal nerve in the normal population and fNIRS to clarify: 1.The effect of different frequency TNS stimulation on the activity of the frontotemporal lobe brain area; 2.The effect of electrical stimulation of the trigeminal nerve on the activities of different parts of the frontal lobe.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.神经脑血管病史;
2.精神疾病病史;
3.长期及短期内心血管药物服用史;
4.药物滥用和酒精依赖;
5.颅脑手术或外伤史;
6.头面部皮肤缺损、感染、较大瘢痕;
7.孕期。

Exclusion criteria:

1.History of neuro-cerebrovascular disease;
2.History of mental illness;
3.Short and long term history of taking cardiovascular drugs;
4.Drug abuse and alcohol dependence;
5.Trauma brain injury or cerebral surgery;
6.Skin defect, infection or large scar of head and face;
7.Pregnancy.
