研究目的：

本研究的目的是希望通过对回顾性病例所总结出的粟粒型肺结核与粟粒型肺结核合并中枢神经系统结核鉴别评分系统进行前瞻性研究，以验证该鉴别评分系统的效能，为快速、准确鉴别上述两种疾病提供方便、快捷、经济的诊断手段。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this prospective study is to verify the efficiency of the differential diagnostic scoring system established by our retrospective study, which was used to differentially diagnose miliary tuberculosis and miliary tuberculosis complicated with central nervous system tuberculosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 胸部影像学不能排除其他肺部疾病；
2. 合并心脏、肝脏、肾脏疾病；
3. 纳入后不同意完成该研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other pulnonary diseases can not be excluded by chest CT or X-ray;
2. Complicated with heart, liver and kidney diseases;
3. Do not agree to complete the study after being enrolled.
