研究目的：

针对发作性睡病临床表征及生物标记物进行病例注册队列研究，从而进一步指导发作性睡病的早期识别和精准诊断，规范临床诊疗、加强疾病管理、提升研究水平、建立国内共识。  

Objectives of Study：

A case registration cohort study on the clinical characteristics and biomarkers of narcolepsy is conducted, so as to further guide the early identification and accurate diagnosis of narcolepsy, standardize clinical diagnosis and treatment, strengthen disease management, improve the research level and establish a domestic consensus.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有其他严重疾病不能配合诊疗的患者；
2.PSG或MSLT检查不能合作者；
3.不能或不同意腰椎穿刺者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other serious diseases who cannot cooperate with diagnosis and treatment;
2. PSG or MSLT inspection cannot cooperate;
3. Those who cannot or disagree with lumbar puncture.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data of this experiment consists of two parts: The first part is CRF , which will be filled in by doctors during the screening and enrollment. Each center reports the filling of the CRF form once a month. 2. Electronic Data Capture: data collection is carried out online(https://www.h6world.cn), which can be filled in by the patient on the electronic device terminal.
